Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, cancellations, or provide refunds for any software purchased through acessotec.com.br. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing purchases and misuse of our software.
 


 1. No Refunds

 All sales of digital software products are final. Once the software has been delivered via download or email, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
 


 Change of mind after purchase.

 Incorrect product selection by the customer.

 Technical incompatibility with your system.

 Misuse of the software.

 

 2. No Cancellations

 We do not accept order cancellations once the purchase is completed and the software is delivered. Since the delivery of our products is automatic and instant after payment confirmation, cancellations are not possible.
 


 3. Misuse of Software

 AcessoTec is not responsible for the misuse of our software. It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand how to properly use the software as intended. Misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow instructions does not qualify for a refund or cancellation.
 


 4. Exceptions

 In very rare cases, such as a billing error or a technical issue on our part that prevents the delivery of the software, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a resolution, which may include a replacement product or a partial refund.
